2. Scope & Eligibility
The Site is an informational corporate website. No customer portal or paid services are offered here; commercial engagements with VOLT are governed by separate written agreements. You must be 16+ to use the Site.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Violate applicable laws or regulations
Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Site or its infrastructure
Attempt unauthorized access, scanning, or probing
Upload or distribute malware, or send spam
Scrape or harvest data at scale
We may restrict access for violations or suspected abuse.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for lawful, informational use. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law:
VOLT and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to Site use shall not exceed EUR 100
Important:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence (opzet of grove schuld) under Dutch law.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Effective Date" will change accordingly.
