A structural gap in the market
Demand for AI compute is accelerating, but the supply of sovereign, jurisdiction-controlled infrastructure is not keeping up. Most capacity sits with a handful of global hyperscalers. For governments, regulated industries and enterprises handling sensitive data, relying on infrastructure under foreign jurisdiction creates a dependency they can no longer afford.
VOLT addresses that directly. Headquartered in the Netherlands, with a footprint across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas and Asia. Our flagship, the AI Gigafactory in Rotterdam, is privately financed and under development. In every location the principle is the same: infrastructure under local jurisdiction, controlled by the client, with full auditability.
Clients work with us across the full spectrum, from powered shell and colocation to a fully managed AI platform. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary tooling, and no egress fees.
