Data you give us through the forms on the Site: name, work email, organisation, the topic or service you are interested in, and your message. For job applications also your LinkedIn profile, CV and anything else you choose to send. For investor enquiries also your investor type and whether you confirm you are a professional investor.
Data collected automatically: our hosting provider keeps technical server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) to run and secure the Site.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data.
We only share personal data where needed, under data processing agreements:
We do not sell personal data.
The news section on our Company page can show posts from LinkedIn. These posts load only after you click to show them. LinkedIn then receives your IP address and may set cookies, under LinkedIn's privacy policy.
Some providers, such as HubSpot, may process data outside the European Economic Area. We then rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, with extra measures where needed.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to transfer your data. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email privacy@fromvolt.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. Please report suspected vulnerabilities to privacy@fromvolt.com.
We may update this statement. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
