Scope
The Site is an informational company website. Services from VOLT, including VOLT Compute, VOLT AI Engineering and VOLT AI Factories, are governed by separate written agreements. You must be 16 or older to use the Site.
No offer
Nothing on the Site is an offer of securities or a solicitation to invest. Information about investment opportunities is intended for professional investors only. Statements about future projects, capacity and timelines are plans and expectations, which may change.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break any law or regulation;
- interfere with, disrupt or overload the Site or its infrastructure;
- attempt unauthorised access, scanning or probing;
- upload or spread malware, or send spam;
- scrape or harvest data at scale.
We may restrict access in case of (suspected) misuse.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, design, graphics, images, video and software, is owned by VOLT or its licensors. You may view the Site for lawful, informational use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent. "VOLT" is a trademark of VOLT B.V. Partner logos belong to their respective owners.

The Site links to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or policies.
Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided "as is". To the extent Dutch law allows, we give no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for use of the Site is limited to EUR 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence (opzet of grove schuld).
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
